Common Troubleshooting
- If a video does not play, reopen the page or restart the app.
- If there is no sound, check in-app sound settings, silent mode, and system volume.
- If the full version is not unlocked after purchase, use Restore Purchase in the app settings.
- If palm photo capture or upload fails, make sure camera and photo permissions are allowed in your system settings.
- If language appears mixed, switch language once in settings and reopen the page.
